We are a small, community-led organisation and every order helps support local artists, live music, and grassroots culture in Brighton.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days of purchase.
During busy periods, product launches, or limited-edition drops, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at brightonsunsetsessions@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Sunset Sessions cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
